Union with the Divine

Our Highest Human Expression: Prayer

Gandhi said, "Prayer is the most potent instrument of action."  And there are three main types of prayers.  The first is the asking prayer.  "Help me."  So often we forget to ask.  The second is the prayer of gratitude. "Thank you."  Gratitude always brings more blessings.  And the third, the prayer of silent union with the Divine, happens when we find ourselves completely absorbed in whatever we are doing.  Here we loose all sense of self as we joyfully participate in life.  We become one with everything.  Join us this week as we begin an exploration into the power and potency of prayer.

Going Deeper Into Dreams

Dreams take us safely into the mysteries of our lives.  They help us to unravel the solutions to our problems and even change the future direction of our lives, should we have need.   In this program, Josephine will share the methods of 'dream dialoging' and 'acting out our dreams.'  She will also describe the Senoi approach to dreams.  The Senoi are a daily dream counsel people who guide their lives with their dreams.  Please tune in to learn more about the insights and inspirations that come to us when we dream.
